SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Commissions
I ship commissions for free. However, I do not accepts returns for commissions, because they are customized artworks, made specially for you.
Etsy shop
The shipping cost for the paintings you order via Etsy, is specified in the online shop. I do accept returns. You can find more information on Etsy.
PRIVACY
The only information I ask of you, is what I need to ship an order, and to efficiently get in touch with you for a commission. The information is not used in any other way or for other purposes.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is very important in creating a piece for you. Our communication will most likely be via e-mail or Instagram.
In the process of creating something for you, it's very important that you are honest and open with your feedback towards me. I prefer you telling me that you don't like something, as long that it's in a respectful way, rather than you end up with an artwork you're not 100% in love with.
BETALINGEN
Commissions
The pricing of the artwork is specified before starting the commission, so there will be no surprises. I ask for a non refundable 50% deposit to begin with to cover the cost of materials; with the remaining balance due once your artwork is complete.
